You could always cook and entertain at home, but we thought it would be nice to relax and focus on Natasha and the other little guests for her (and my!) birthday. We hadn’t been to The Farm in a long time, but it just seems to keep evolving in the right direction: Quiessence – another local getting James Beard attention, the Morning Glory Cafe for brekky and the Farm Kitchen for a picnic in the grove.
So even though it was 99 today, it was wonderful in the shade and light breeze in the grass under the pecan trees. We had some sammiches and Arnie Palmers and made up our minds.
